Do not use this service! I repeat, do not use this service!!!! I had to cancel my booking. It was fully refundable. I asked for a refund for three weeks. They gave me the runaround and kept telling me to check with my financial institution for my refund there were no pending deposits each time. I actually didn’t even get a customer service number in my booking invoice so I had to search for it online.I finally called them after three weeks of coordinating through Facebook messenger with an agent, which was worthless. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor several times on the phone with a customer service agent “Shy” who assisted me. She said that she would document my concerns and reach out to the admin team who would reach out to me with a phone call in 3 to 5 hours. She would not give me to the number to the admin team for “security purposes.” I told her that sounded like a terrible explanation and she could not give me a reason on why that was a security concern. She also repeated herself five different times stating that she would document my concerns in the team would get back to me she said it was not in their protocol for to let customer speak with a supervisor or manager, so save yourself lots of headache, stress, and frustration and book with someone else! This company is a scam!
