If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a hotel room and the hotel was extremely rude while we checked in over the phone. Snaptravel refused to help and move us to a different hotel in the area. They claimed a supervisor could not call us back for 3 hours which would have been 10pm and past when we needed to be in a hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service.
