Terrible company and customer support is worthless.
Sold me a room for same day check-in. To me, this implies that a room is available. I arrive at hotel. No rooms available. I think, well these things happen and move on and request a refund thinking that @snaptravel will do the right thing. NO DICE. No refund. Now I'm on the 2nd appeal with the CC company.
I cannot believe they haven't been shut down by now. Gotta be class action suits going on right now.
