Only given one star Bc zero was not an option. I was charged by both Snap and the hotel and NO it wasn’t the deposit. I was charged twice for the room. The customer service I received from Snap, in an attempt to fix the billing mistake, was not helpful. I received canned responses and was continual accused of not understanding the separate deposit, which I clearly understand and was also billed for separately. I provided proof of the billing and yet got the same canned responses. I understand problems and mistakes happen but I do not accept when they are not made right. With so many options available I would highly suggest you seek other services. And FYI…the hotels direct charge for the room was cheaper than Snap
