Snaptravel are refusing to amend our New York hotel booking and refusing to honour the 100% Money Back Guarantee. The website and customer service are based on LIES. We booked a hotel room in good faith based on the Snaptravel description but the hotel booking is incorrect. We chose a room with the promise of a double, queen or king bed and Snaptravel have booked a room with a bunk bed! This is totally FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION by Snaptravel and we are very disappointed to have been caught out by their scam. We have liaised with Snaptravel and with the hotel but "the booking cannot be amended". We are now forced to report the FRAUD to our card company to action a chargeback in order to have our payment returned to us.
