Snap travel does not stand behind their product and will offer no help if you are unsatisfied. We booked through them, arrived at our hotel and were extremely dissatisfied. The hotel was dingy, dirty and not acceptable to stay in. I called snaptravel and the customer service rep just kept repeating that the reservation was not refundable, she could let me speak to a manager but they would tell me the same thing. When I said I wanted to speak to someone anyways she said they could call me back but it would be a minimum of 4 hour wait. They do not stand behind their product and offer no help for resolution. I Will never use this again and strongly recommend others not to as well.
