Navigation was in the simplest form..
However to offer a customer an instant credit with no ability to use it unless you're staying another night in the hotel, it's like building a pool and never putting water in it, It just doesn't make sense. You should just take the instant credit away unless a customer is planning to stay more than one night .use at that time if they don't plan to stay more than one night . Unfortunately we were there for a . unfortunate circumstance ( death of a loved one).
