Snaptravel was buy fast the cheapest rate to book for my stay at the Quality Inn and Suites downtown Syracuse. I was not too happy about my stay at the hotel at first, the first room they put me and my family in was dingy, the sheets and comforters and stains, some looking like pee stains, others just dirty. The hotel accommodated us by changing rooms, the pillows in all rooms are worn down. If I could post pictures I would. The breakfast in the morning is edible and quite tasty. We didn't like the 11am call to advise us of checkout like we weren't aware. However, the vicinity to our destination and this hotel was a good pick.
