I will never recommend this 3rd party service. The facility said they could not access the virtual card through super travel. Then nobody in customer service to let them know what was going on. The security from the hotel said I got ripped off and proceeded to try and throw me out after paying over $400 for this reservation. Then police came and threatened to arrest me for trespassing. This is the worse experience I ever had. To be treated like a criminal after spending my hard earned money. Just very unprofessional and embarrassing.
