Super Travel was the cheapest price for the same hotel room. When I booked it, it gave me a $70/day discount over a 3 day stay in Washington DC. While not required, they asked to offer a tip to help keep their prices cheap. Because I saved so much money, I was willing to contribute some money to them to help keep prices low.
When I made the reservation, it was listed as an Expedia reservation. Not sure if this is always true, but it was for my specific reservation. I will definitely go through Super Travel again!
