The first booking through Super started badly. They booked us in a hotel that closed down due to frozen sprinkler pipes. Interesting that the parking lot was empty, yet no one from Super or the hotel notified us to make alternate arrangements. I supposed this is a possibility with this site so keep that in mind. We called customer service who looked into the issue for us, confirmed with the hotel and refunded us fully. I cancelled myself another booking a week later at the same hotel as I couldn't risk it. I booked another hotel in the same night through another site as I couldn't, at the time trust Super. I wasn't even sure how quickly the refund would happen, but it did. Real fast, the same night. I then booked the hotel I needed a week later through them, after getting some credits for the trouble and everything went great this time. That was the benefit of the doubt I have them. I have 2 more bookings with them in April but I'm hoping they'll go without a hitch. I guess, as I get to use them more, due to the great prices, especially now that every hotel chain doubled or at least increased by 50% their prices, Super is a breath of fresh air with their lower prices. Let's see what happens. I would recommend them so far for the great customer service and seamless booking that materialized. Will def use them again!
