I have booked a non-refundable room in the hotel "Wolfagngs' managed by a/o" in Salzburg. During the booking, I have made a mistake in dates, choosing September instead of August. I noticed that immediately after the booking. The hotel agreed to change the dates if it receives a request from the booking.com (via which SuperTravel booked the room). However, SuperTravel refused to send a request to booking.com or do anything else. As a result, I have lost a huge amount of money. They needed only to do a little servise but refused to move a finger. I would not advice anyone to book through this agency.
