Hi. I booked the hotel via super.com travel. Upon booking I was not told that there will be extra charges to pay at hotel when checking out. It's very misleading for customer to pay unexpected charge. Today when we checked out they asked me to pay $200 for some strange fee which is experience fee that covers room service, using Wi-Fi which was stated as free in the hotel, using lift, computer which we never used. Usually when we book room that covers all that. What we are paying for then? Only the bed in the room? This is totally unfair and I am so upset with that.
