Tried to book a hotel. They charged my card twice and then sent me an error message saying it was no longer available at that price. So I received no confirmation so Customer Service will do nothing for me and when I submitted photo evidence of their charges, they said I needed to send them a registered document so I went to my bank. I have them print it out and stamp it, and when I went to send that in there already closed my support ticket they have no intentions of doing any refunds and you should consider all money sent to them a loss.
