I booked through super.com a hotel and for no fault of mine the reservation had to be cancelled.
The hotel approved the refund on the spot, but super.com doesn't want to do anything to process the refund - spent hours on the phone waiting.
Will never book with them again - you save a few bucks but in a situation like mine they get it back from you.
