What's more, when it became evident that Super.com would do whatever it takes to avoid any contact and refuse to solve any issues that might arise, I took the initiative to report the transaction as fraud to my bank. This level of unresponsiveness, coupled with their failure to take responsibility for their errors and misleading information, is simply unacceptable.
