I booked a room, with refundable option, I injured myself and Dr. Wouldn't let me go on trip. Broken knee cap. When I went to cancel was told I couldn't and so I said okay can you give me credit for another time. Was told no.
I tried to file a complaint but kept getting run around about where and how to file complaint. Never got companies address. So am goi5to spread it anywhere I can about how deceptive and how Snaptravel is ripping off it's customers. Don't rely on Snaptravel for any bookings.
