Booked 2 different reservations through snaptravel . They sent both confirmation emails. Then when I got to hotel they said my reservations both have been canceled from third party . I have been writing them and they keep telling me that everything looks fine on thier end . I haven't got a refund or any additional help to solve the issue. They lost loyal customer. I'd say stay away !!!
