I would give it 0 stars if possible. I had to cancel my wedding due to the Covid-19 pandemic and even though HiltonGardenInn has modified their policy to allow for refunds OR credit, SnapTravel is refusing to refund me my money onto the original payment method and is only offering credits. They keep sending the same automated message to customers that are complaining, which shows lack of caring for their customers. Everyone is making sacrifices during this time but Snap Travel is refusing to do so. STAY AWAY.
