Have found Snap Travel a nightmare regarding their coronavirus policy. Out of the online travel companies I have dealt with, in connection with cancelling a non refundable hotel as I'm subject to the international flight restrictions, Snap Travel are the only company who refuse refund. They will only offer a Snap Travel credit which I have explained to them is of absolutely no use to me as I have no plans to travel within the next 12 months. Even the hotel concerned are consenting to a refund but Snap Travel still refuse to refund me and are holding funds. I travel a lot and this experience has put me off using Snap Travel again.
