Like so many others, my plans were altered due to Covid-19, and I needed to cancel the hotel reservation I made through SnapTravel. Although the hotel was issuing refunds, SnapTravel just giving me the run around.
I have resorted to filing a charge dispute with my credit card company(Capital One.) I will never do business with SnapTravel again.
