Snaptravel has no conscience or concern with regards to the pandemic. I like most of these other unfortunate customers, have been denied my refund. After making numerous attempts to contact them with no avail. when I did speak to someone they give you such a run around, “our team will call you right back.” Please do not use this company. If anyone knows of lawsuits or legal action against them I would sincerely like to be informed.
