Don’t use snap travel. I booked a superior lake king. When I got to the hotel they showed I booked a standard king without a lake view. I contacted snap travel. They said they had me booked for a standard king. Nothing they could do.
The hotel was able to give me a superior lake king for an additional $75 per night. Oddly when I walked into the upgraded room it was the same picture/lake view/patio of the room I had actually booked through snap travel. I feel that snap travel did a bait and switch, fraudulently documenting a lesser room than what I had really booked. I’ve disputed the charge with American Express.
