We booked a hotel room in Febuary 2020 ,paid for the room in full ! Check in date was June 6 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 the hotel was closed. We sent the relevant online cancellation form to Snaptravel. After getting an automated response we still haven't received a word from Snaptravel to say we can have a refund or that we can rebook the room at a later date. Really unprofessional company. If you like giving your money away to this company then this is a choice for you. So come on Snaptravel either refund my money or provide the service that I have paid you for !!!
