Tried to make online reservation. When I hit the confirm button I saw that the dates had inadvertently changed to a time that I was not traveling. Contacted customer non service within 10 minutes. Was basically told "tough luck, not our problem". They said refund was not eligible. Tried to cancel again 4 days prior to stay. The hotel cancelled the reservation. Snaptravel said "tough luck" Even in this time of covid problems and the fact that the hotel wasn't charging me, snaptravel thinks its good business to keep my $86.97. Nice customer service!!
