We had our flight times changed, which means we will fail to meet the hotels 8 pm check in deadline. The hotel referred us to Snaptravel, who point blank refused any assistance. We have lost our full payment for the hotel. We were new customers and are regular travellers, their loss in the long run. Be careful when booking with these, my advice is DON'T.
