VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, LOST MORE THAN 400 £. SO I BOOKED WITH THEM HOTEL IN DUBAI, BUT HAD TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE OF COVID. SO I CONTACTED WITH THEM, WHICH WASN'T EASY, THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ME WITH ANY EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER, ONLY WHATSUP, AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO REFUND, SO THEY OFFERED ME TO USE CREDIT POINTS FOR NEXT TRIP AND TOLD THAT I CAN BOOK ANY HOTEL AGAIN USING CREDIT POINTS, SO LATER ON I DID BOOK 2 HOTELS IN SCOTLAND FOR MY HOLIDAY, WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT OPPORTUNITY TO USE FINALLY THOSE CREDIT POINTS, AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, THEY TOOK ALL THOSE CREDIT POINTS AWAY, SO ON ACCOUNT SHOWS 3£ LEFT AND ALSO THE HOTELS CHARGED ME AGAIN, SO I PAYD TWICE, I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN ON WHATSUP, AS THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANYTHING ELSE, NOBODY KNOWS WHERE THE HEAD OFFICE IS BASED, LOOKS LIKE IT IS A MASSIVE SECRET, AS THEY ARE DOGGY. ANSWER ON MY QUESTIONS WAS THAT SOME OF THE HOTELS I CAN NOT USE MY CREDIT POINTS, I QUESTIONED WHY???? AS YOU ALREADY TOOK MY POINTS AWAY AND THOSE HOTELS WERE ON THE LIST FROM BEGINNING?????? SO WHY WOULD YOU PUT THEM ON LIST AND TAKE MY POINTS AWAY AND CHARGE ME AGAIN????? DISAPPOINTED THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER, I ALSO REQUESTED A REFUND, AS I'M NOT HAPPY WITH ANY SERVICES AND REQUESTED A EXPLANATION STATEMENT SENT ON MY EMAIL FOR MY LAWYER TO TAKE AN ACTION AND AGAIN NO ANSWER, NOBODY REPLIED, THEY TOOK MY MONEY TWICE AND NO REACTION, UNBELIEVABLE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING???? PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. SNAPTRAVEL IS DOGGY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER RIGHTS, YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY IGNORED, WHEN LOOKING FOR HELP. PLEASE DON'T BOOK SNAPTRAVEL SCAM COMPANY.
