I had a terrible experience with SnapTravel. I booked with them online for one night in Nashville. The deal was amazing! 40 dollars a night for a hotel that was normally 120 dollars a night. I received two confirmation text messages and one email. So, I thought I was good to go. However, when I arrived at the hotel they did not have my booking. After speaking to the representative from snap travel and waiting for over an hour, she informed me there was nothing she could. I had to rebook the hotel and they would refund me the difference in 2/3 days. For someone on a budget, this wasn’t a feasible solution. They refused to book me at a different hotel or book the hotel I had been waiting over an hour at. I will never be using this website again and I highly recommend not using this company. If you do, you might find yourself hotel-less in a city you don’t know.
