Really poor customer service and a lack of proper remedial effort for genuine issues of mistake. I had booked a hotel using this site based on a recommendation and accidentally chose the wrong booking date. I edited my intended stay and the ticket showed that the stay had been updated. The next day I received a notification that my stay with the hotel was complete and the date had not been changed.
Snaptravel was unwilling to budge on changing the date or even provide a gift voucher for a mistake by both sides. Furthermore, the respondent had terrible customer service skills and the corporate response was just as bad. Just a poor experience and really wish I had never even given these guys an opportunity.
