Booked a short stay for my boyfriends birthday, which we shortly after found out we wouldn’t be able to attend because his father (we live with) tested positive for Covid-19.
Agents were really unhelpful, and despite the extenuating circumstances of a global pandemic, snaptravel was unwilling to let us rearrange our trip. Not even chance or refund - just rearrange.
If I could rate this company negatively, I would. I wouldn’t ever use them again, and I would warn my friends off them at any chance I got. Terrible company, only out for money and not interested in customer experience at all.
