Following posting the initial review, I was pleasantly surprised that I was contacted by the Supreme Industries team and they offered a refund for the wet roll of insulation which I have accepted.
The price and delivery were the best I could find for a small order of 3 rolls of insulation and they arrived promptly, however one role was completely sodden and is probably unusable, in hindsight I should have refused delivery.
