“Great company that I have used several times. The true test of a business is how they handle problems, and their customer service is excellent. On one occasion, I was accidentally sent the wrong blocks. Because I didn’t notice the mistake, I ordered more of what I actually needed. When the new order arrived, I realized the first batch was incorrect. Fortunately, the original blocks worked fine for my project. The company quickly arranged to collect the second delivery, sent out more of the original blocks to match, and promptly refunded me the price difference since they were cheaper.
