“Placed an order to be delivered on a Monday, which I then booked off as a days holiday. Waited in all that day, no delivery. Multiple messages and calls later, they assured me it would come the following day. It did arrive, but 1 ton bag instead of 2! Was promised the other bag would come Thursday, which it did, but it was 10mm gravel not 20mm!!
Eventually the correct 2nd bag turned up, a week later! Would not recommend.”

Sorry to hear of this. I am aware of the situation and that it has now been resolved. Unfortunately we were let down by a supplier on this occassion. As you can see from our previous reviews, this is not an often occurence, so we deeply apologise for this happening.

“Following posting the initial review, I was pleasantly surprised that I was contacted by the Supreme Industries team and they offered a refund for the wet roll of insulation which I have accepted.
The price and delivery were the best I could find for a small order of 3 rolls of insulation and they arrived promptly, however one role was completely sodden and is probably unusable, in hindsight I should have refused delivery.”
