I ordered a refurbished bike from Sushi and the bike came with a defect. I send the bike to a repair shop center and after 2 weeks, no update, I needed to ask the repair shop and they told me that Sushi bike sent them the wrong spare part. After 2 weeks to exchange with the Sushi bike customer service, they told me that they were waiting for an approval from their manager to send the new spare parts. I asked them many time to refund me and deal with the repair shop to send back the bike directly from there. Everytime it was denied and they claimed that I needed to go there and send the bike by my own. After 2 months of waiting for my bike, I needed to ask again for a refund of my order and they finally accepted to refund me and send the bike from the partner repair shop. I lost 2 months waiting for a bike. I asked the customer service if it was possible to get a discount or anything for a new bike. My request was denied here again. They just totally don't care and are not customer friendly. Definitely the worst customer service I had. And I'm not the only one in this situation, so I can't recommend Sushi bike.
