I have been sent the wrong package (meant for another customer) and now being told that the items that I have ordered are out of stock and not available until the end of the month.
I have asked repeatedly about how this could happen and what happened to my original order and had no response, nor any effort to rectify or pick up the order that was delivered to me by mistake.
I understand that there are supply problems, but these are basic customer service issues that could have been handled much better. A terrible experience all round.
