Michaela from the Blue space Was very helpful after me not receiving a response to my order that was placed awhile back. With the pandemic and auspost and working from home conditions I ended up going with someone local as it was a time sensitive issue with bathroom accessories .
I very much appreciated the many apologies I received from Michaela and a full refund was processed . I will return to Blue space however, it will be after covid calms down and things return to normal. That’s With all online shopping though. Shout out to Michaela for reaching out and reassuring me this never usually happens and apologising.. thank you ☺️
