On enquiring about the product I clarificated if this product was aluminium, plastic or solid brass as I only wanted to buy solid brass items. I was informed that the items were brass. Based on this information I placed my order.
When the items arrived and my plumber was installing them I was informed they are not brass at all. They are a mix between Aluminium and Plastic. I feel very disappointed with the item as it does not match what I was told on the phone.
