Unfortunately my experience with The Blue Space has not been positive. The item I ordered did not come with any fittings. It took a while to get this reported (I called and was asked to send an email). I am now told that the manufacturer will contact me. Which has still not happened after nearly 2 weeks. I don’t understand why I can’t just return the item to the Blue Space for a refund or a replacement, why do I have to deal with the manufacturer? I was happy to support a smaller online retailer but I think I will just go back to Bunnings after this. TBS - you need to step up your game.
