My overall experience with the Blue Space was disappointing. I was renovating a bathroom for the first time, spending approx $6000.00 on items and trying to make sure it all matched and worked. Their exuberant consultant advised me, I emailed her to ask her to check that it all went together which she assured me was all good and would look wonderful. Then I find out that the coloured flush button I ordered for the toilet would not fit the toilet I purchased. I had to change the toilet as the one I had purchased did not have the colour flush button I wanted. Positive here was they waived the difference. Then it turns out the coloured flush button they sent was the wrong colour. They sent the right one and did not want the wrong one returned. When the plumber went to install the waste and plug for the vanity basin it turns out the item was the wrong one. They sent the right one express at no charge and did not want the wrong one returned. Their response to my concerns was the right one, replace no charge and send express, but hell, how much are they losing due to incorrect consultation? I found their Admin person Mel was far more knowledgeable then the consultant and actually picked up one of the issues.
