Outstanding customer service! Like many, I’m always apprehensive making large online purchases with companies for the first time. When I received my purchase that had been damaged in transport, I was concerned as to how The Blue Space would react. Sonia and Erin were most helpful and prompt in resolving the problem. In dealing with TBS’ support team, one senses that it’s more than providing good customer service; it’s about exceptional customer care.
