I ordered from Blue Space a Radiant 5 Bar Heated Towel Rail - and then we decided to order instead a 7 Bar Heated Towel Rail plus a Radiant 5 Bar Non Heated Towel Rail. This was no problem to the Blue Space. Paula sent me a return label, organised delivery of the new items to coincide with the return of the first one and duly credited the first Heated towel Rail when it arrived back at the Blue Space. Plus we got the $30 first customer discount as well.
We are very pleased with Paula's and the Blue Space support.
