We bought Oliveri toilet and cistern from Blue Space. When the products arrived, they were smashed inside the packing A simple phone call and a text sending photos of the mess and a new delivery was arranged. Simple as that. When the next delivery arrived shortly afterward, everything was perfect. Both deliveries were quick. Products both times were as described. We would deliver with the company again in a heartbeat.
