Had another wonderful customer service experience with The Blue Space. Usually it's just for great service and delivery, but this time I reached out with an issue on a faulty hand shower/hose from a project of ours that was installed around 18 months ago. Sabrina was super helpful in putting me in touch with the supplier of the hand shower, as the issue fell under their warranty period, it was a super easy online process. The supplier phoned me within 24 hours and sorted us out with an express delivery replacement. You can't ask for better service than that :)
