A bit disappointed as I think my last order was simply forgotten about because when I called a few weeks after ordering it and asking where it was, it was dispatched the next day. No apology was given for the delay.
We do a lot of bathroom renovations with our company and are looking for a good supplier but need an appropriate turn around time.
Also we received a discount offer after a purchase was made which was a shame as it would have been good to receive that offer prior to the purchase. Trade price would be good
