Customers can make mistakes, but I managed to go far and beyond that! Having ordered and had all tapware delivered in January, I didn't check it, imagine my surprise when the plumber installed a piece that was black instead of gun metal and for some reason I had an extra tap. With hat in hand I went back to The Blue Space and what happened - everything. Any apology was received and even though it was months and months later they sent me the correct piece and offered a return for the extra tap. A return postage sticker was supplied to return both the goods. I can not fault them at all. Customer service above and beyond. I will always go to these guys for any further products. Pricing for me, even though they are super competitive, is no longer the determiner. Great work keep up! Rodney
