I never leave reviews but have felt compelled due to the fantastic support we received when we had an issue. We bought quite a bit of hardware from The Blue Space and they were very friendly and helpful.
There was a mistake made on an order where both parties were at fault but could have easily had the blame solely put on us. I wasn't expecting TBS to come back to me so quickly, own the issue and have our entire vanity remade, resent and the old one picked up at no cost to us.
Extremely impressed with their customer service.
