The customer service is excellent, especially that by Melanie, Maria and Holly. I did in fact find something better at a different company, and at a better price. But this doesn't detract from the friendliness, helpfulness, patience and wish to please of the staff. I cannot comment on delivery, returns and refunds as I did not buy anything.
