Every single interaction I've had with a team member from The Blue Space has been a very positive one. I'm currently renovating a small two bedroom flat, and The Blue Space team have been so incredibly helpful during a pretty stressful time. Julie sent me some samples I ordered, and because there was one specific sample that wasn't available she sent several similar alternatives in the package for me to consider. I thought this was a very nice and considerate act. Michaela who followed up on my sample order via phone was very helpful and friendly and she informed me about The Blue Space's design consultant team, where I was able to book a design appointment the next day with Grace to help me plan out a bathroom. Prior to my consult with Grace I felt very overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done. I had several ideas about what to do with the space and Grace was absolutely brilliant with pointing out things I hadn't considered or things that would or wouldn't be practical. Grace turned a stressful project into one that was manageable and even enjoyable. I described some ideas and colours/palettes and she was very easily and thoughtfully able to suggest some tiles and layouts that I immediately loved. Her level of expertise with design, coupled with her product knowledge was beyond impressive. Prior to this design appointment I'd been considering sourcing individual bits and pieces from a variety of businesses, but I'm so thankful to Grace that I ended up purchasing more or less an entire bathroom fitout via The Blue Space. Grace's communication on the phone and via email was exceptional. I've never been so impressed with the level of customer service and care I've received as I was with Grace. She is a credit to your organisation and more importantly, a very nice person. I wouldn't have ever thought that ordering a few sample tiles and finishes for a bathroom would lead to me writing a glowing review for an online bathroom supplies business, but life is strange and I wanted to take a few minutes to show some appreciation for Grace, Michaela and Julie.
