Blue Space customer support have been wonderful. Their shipping crew, not so much. We ordered four boxes of porcelain tile which were shipped in the somewhat flimsy boxes. They arrived badly damaged; only about 60% of the tiles were usable. I let the Blue Space team know immediately and they are sending out another 4 boxes. I hope they are better packaged this time, but even if we only get 40% this time, we have the full amount we paid for. I'm very happy with the response of the customer support and their quick positive action.
