Ordered 3 dummy door handles and 1 was incorrect. Rang the support line and spoke to Holly who was exceptional. She handled my enquiry very professionally and carried through rectifying by organising to send the correct handle. It was only a very small order but her service ensured that I will be a returning satisfied customer and I will highly recommend your company.
